FTP Problems after FrontPage 2003 install

After installing FrontPage 2003 I can't use IE to access an FTP folder that I
used to be able to access. I had to login as the Administrator to see the
folder. I could not copy files to any subfolders created (paste was greyed
out). I was able to login from the command line but not useing the browser.
 
Hi Joel,

You cannot use FTP to upload files to your website after the FrontPage
server extensions have been installed; although it is strongly recommended
that you do not mix FrontPage and FTP uploading on any server.
Because of the FTP restriction, you will not be able to upload your own
Perl CGI scripts to your site with the FrontPage server extensions
installed (this is not an issue for most FrontPage users, because of the
additional functionality that the server extensions offer).
