FTP Problem

I have a user who cannot access our company FTP site with
her credentials. Even though she enters a valid username
and password, and has the correct security permissions to
access the site she is denied access (same as mine and I
can access the site). The Event Log shows a System entry
for Event ID: 100, Logon failure: unknown user or
password. There is also an entry in teh Security log
saying the same thing.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
