ftp password.

when I start my ftp prog the password is refused preceeded by the code 331.
Any ideas please?

According to http://www.the-eggman.com/seminars/ftp_error_codes.html,
the 300 codes mean "The command has been accepted, but the requested
action is being held pending receipt of further information."

331 means "Username OK, need password". So it looks like the server is
not receiving your password. You need to check that you are sending
the password properly, and that you are sending the correct password.
