FTP incorrect login

Hello ,
I'd like to know if anyone could tell me how stop attack by incorrect login
tentative in ftp's server IIS 5/6 .
Problem is easy , random I found a lot of tentative to login ,wrong and
continuous, in ftp's server , Anonymous user already disable and access rule
restricted .
