FTP FOLDER VIEW

Guest

I found that the "FTP FOLDER VIEW" does not use the proxy settings defined in
the Advanced tab of IE when accessing FTP sites directly to navigate through
them for files. If you disable the feature, then ftp requests via http go
through the specified proxy server. I need to roll this change throughout my
organization (group policy I presume) but I am unable to find this setting in
group policy.

Does anyone have any insight ?

Thanks

I have never used group policies but why not create a small .reg file
to change the Registry entry?
Take a shot of the Registry, make the change, take a second shot and
compare them to find the keys and values that changed.

It may vary according to operating system, so I can't supply you the
entries.
