When I fly over Singapore, Malaysia and India, why there is no moving
vehicles on the road. Has Microsoft missed out Asian countries?

If I were you, I'd post this in one of the many Microsoft Game and/or
Microsoft Flight Sim newsgroups as this is not specifically a Vista problem.

Probably. Microsoft has been so busy exporting jobs to Asia, that it hasn't
the time to create "moving vehicles" for FSX.
