Frozen XP

Windows XP on my computer does not let me run Microsoft
Help and Support Center, User Accounts, Internet Explorer
(Javascript), Windows Media Player and MSInfo. All these
things used to work a couple of years a go and for no
reason at all they just stopped working (i don't have
adware or a virus). if someone can help with this problem
