Frozen Excel 2007

I have been working in an excel spreadsheet fine. I went in the other day to
type in some items, and I was unable to type in the spread sheet. How do I
unfreeze this?

What happens when you try?

Message or just nothing?

Did you accidentally protect the worksheet?

Look under View>Protect Worksheet.

Is the sheet protected?

Nothing happens. I went under view it says normal, full screen, under
show/hide the check marks are on ruler, gridlines, formula bar, headings.
Zoom is 100%, window states arrange all. I have no idea, I have been using
this for about 2 months and now I cannot do anything. I can move around in
the spread sheet but cannot type anything.

"Cannot type anything" is the key phrase here.

What do you mean by that?

Any key you hit does not enter a digit in a cell?

You type abcdefg and nothing appears in the cell?

Nothing would type in no matter what I did. Turns out I had a temp file and
I had to actually purchase the program. my error
