FrontPage extensions are installed, and the uploaded site works well except for the FP Guest Book. When the guest clicks the "Submit Comments" button, a page appears with this message: "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: http://(mydomain)/guestbook.htm"
My FP 2000 guest book form is set up to be processed by itself (guestbook.htm & guestlog.htm), but I've read (I forget where) that I need to add a file output for guestbook.htm, to tell it to output the data somewhere. Could this be the problem? If so, I'll see if the recommendation works, but how would I code the file output in HTML? Could sure use some help with this.
Many thanks!

This is really a FrontPage Server Extension (microsoft.public.frontpage.extensions.windows) or a Front Page Client question (microsoft.public.frontpage.client) question.

But in any case they will need to know the version of the FrontPage Server Extensions you are using and your Operating system complete with Service Pack level.

The way the guest book works is it uses a FrontPage bot that directs the form submission into the file guestlog.htm. Submitting the form appends information into this file. Then the guestbook.htm pulls that information into itself. But like I said ask at the FrontPage groups they can be more specific.
