FrontPage web site restriction help

hello i need some help as to how to create a link to a page that i can set
user ids and passwords so that only those users of the site that have this
info can view the page or a part of the web site.

Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions

Forgot to add, all you need for this is a Windows server & ASP enabled.
