Frontpage step by step

I am using "Step by Step" book for frontpage 2000 and
when I try to load the first lesson into frontpage it
says "An error occured accessing your Frontpage web
files. Authors-if authoring against a web server, please
contact the webmaster for this servers site. Webmasters-
please see the servers system log for more details.
I am on a "wired" internet between two computers in my
home. I unpluged the cable but still get the same message.

Most likely, you installed the lesson files incorrectly
or tried to open them directly from the CD. Either way,
if the files are read-only, you can't open them in
FrontPage.

I'm not terribly familiar with that book, but please
check teh sample files installation instructions
carefully.
