[FrontPage Save Results Component] on web page

[FrontPage Save Results Component] shows on the web page
in which I have a submission form. I cannot figure out
why it's there and how to get rid of it? This may be
FrontPage 101, but any help is appreciated.

FrontPage Save Results Component Possibilities:

1. The FP Extensions are not installed on the server. Or the version that
is installed does not support all of the features in the version of
FrontPage you are using.
2. You tested the form in the browser via c:\.... instead of http://. Use
File | Preview in Browser instead of Preview if viewing locally.
3. You have a email address in the form, and the host hasn't enabled the
email function of the extensions
4. You FTP the form to the web site, instead of using FP's http method of
uploading

Thanks Steve, and Tom for your quick responses. My web
site is hosted by Interland. The FP extensions are
installed, but the version may be an issue(not too
likely). I don't have an email address IN the form but I
do have the results being emailed to me. It's unlikely
that could cause the email problem, right? Thanks
again. I'll check with Interland.

How are the results being mailed to you then?

Thanks Steve, and Tom for your quick responses. My web

Actually, this is likely what caused the problem. If you use
FrontPage's built-in form handler to send form data to you by e-mail,
and you work off a local copy of your site which you publish to your
host server, FP takes issue.

I run into this problem constantly and my solution is to open the form
on the server and reset all of the form handler info (e-mail address,
confirmation page, etc).
