I have a home page made up of three frames. Two of the frames load normally
when the home page is loaded but the third does not. I have to click the
refresh button to make it load. Does any one know why this is? Thanks for any
replies.

Can you provide a URL to your site?

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing

No - It is an internal company web site. There is nothing unusual about the
page that is not loading properly . It is just an HTML page .

There has to be something, or the page would load... Check the frameset page
