FrontPage Extensions and Form privacy Warnings

Specifically relating to Link Bars. When I start publishing, an error box comes up containg all my link bars.htm's and my individual -Top Pages- saying "Your server does not support these features. To enable link bars, publish your site to a server running the latest version of Frontpage extensions."

Problems with forms: a warning says" the following files in your site exist in the _private folder. This folder may be viewable on the destination web server. Says I should us a sharepoint server.
-This particular host of mine does not have a sharepoint server. Should I get a new server?

My server is one of those cheap online hosts for $9/month.

I called my host and they said to call microsoft to see what extensions are needed for me to publish my site. Their highest power extensions are 3.02. I just picked up the latest version FP 2003 a week ago.
