Frontpage, Excel and Active X

I have upgraded from Win98 to XP, and my Office 2000 to Office pro. 2003.
After the upgraded the intergraded Excel vanishes in my web-page. There is
instead a “Active X†symbol. Even when I open the page in FrontPage it don't
work. I have not upgraded FrontPage though it is not a part of Office.
Can you help me to get it bag working?
