Frontpage: creating graphics

Are you able to create graphics pretty good graphics in
frontpage?

FrontPage has some very powerful tools, but graphics creation is not one of
them. You would be best advised to create your graphics in a "Graphics"
program, such as Paint Shop, Photoshop, etc..

pretty good graphics, get yourself a pretty good graphics program.
