FrontPage Calendar AddIn

I'm looking for the ability to display large calendar (month display) where
the calendar displays activities (maybe color coded) that are going on. I
need to be able to easily modify the calendar (assumable with FrontPage)
when required. I need my website audience to be able to scroll through the
months in the future.

fyi; My server is not one that allows for Access Database. I can use MySQL
and PHP (although I will have to learn these things).

The (low budget) company will pay for the software addin, therefore, I'm not
looking for the freebies such as those found on the internet.

Any help in educating me in this area.
