Fred

Recently (last month or so) when I open some emails or goto certain web
pages, an Frontpage install dialog box pops up. Others on our network have
seen this also.

Just installed XP SP2, but I think this 'issue' predates the upgrade.

Never saw this before. I have FP2000 installed from long ago, and hardly
use it.

What's up with this ... ???

Thanks ...

John

I think I just read something down the list that might explain. Overwriting
shared components at some point, I must have upgraded something awhile back.

I do have the FP2000 CD so maybe I will just let it do its thing when it
asks.

It sounds like the .msi file for FP is corrupt. Uninstall &
reinstall is the best option
