Frontpage 98 Corrupted need to reinstall but CD Key problem

I beleive my FrontPage 98 may be corrupted, plus I have
forgotten my administrator name and password.

I decided to try re-install and can't get past the second
page that wants the CD KEY. It has several spot for code,
but the key code on the back of the CD does not accept.
Is there a special format to follow?
 
I always use upper case for Microsoft CD keys. Also check for similar
characters, such as Bee and 8 (eight), Oh and 0 (zero), A and R, L and 1
(one)
 
make sure your entering the cd-key for Frontpage, not any old cd-key. i.e. every
windows product has a unique code to enter.

Otherwise contact Microsoft support
