Frontpage 2003 photo gallery

Has anyone created a photo gallery and had any problem
publishing it to the remote server.
I have to publish it about six times I don't think I had
this problem with frontpage 2002, My photo gallery looke
like it had double the page and I would have to keep
publishing for the page to look right.
If anyone knows of this type of problem I would
appreciate some assistance.

It's not FP2003 but the FP SE that have problems w/ include pages
There are some bugs in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure your host sees & applies all appropriate patches from:
