frontpage 2003 modifiable access database?

Can I create a page which will let me modify an Access database table?
I know how to display but I want to let others in my group modify data
if they need to. These users are acquantainces with all different
home configurations. They have internet access only.

Where in the help? I have searched and searched several times. I found how
to add a record using forms one time.

What I want is to let users change a particular field of a record if they
want to.
