FrontPage 2003 Ibstalation Problem

I am unable to install FrontPage 2003 to Office 2003. An error messing says
the Frontage 2003 has Encountered a Prolem. In the install log it says it can
not atat a "StartupCache". I have tryed everything under the sun, short of
re-formatting the Hard drive again. Please Need Help!!
 
Call MS support
- normally there is no cost for installation issues
