FRONTPAGE 2003 AND MY IE SETTINGS 800 BY 600 LOOK OUT OF PLACE

I design this web-site using FP 2003 and I published the website. I can view
the website in any setting but I can not view it good with settings 800 by
600,
all my pictures and text will move everything around.
Can anyone please advice me on how to fix this problem?.
