Frontpage 2003 and ASP programming conflicts.

I use Frontpage 2003 upgrade from earlier versions.
On a web site, I needed to have some ASDP coding for certain forms.
That was done by an outside programmer.

THEN, when I used Frontpage 2003 to import the web site to my desk top tdo
change test, the ASP coding would disappear and had to be reintroduced.
This happened several times until we found out that it had to be Frontpage
2003 being an HTML based program that somehow deleted the ASP coding.
Now, I dare not use Frontpage 2003 to edit the text.

Any suggestion what to do? Thanks.

My problem is that I do not NOW have a copy of the web site on my desk top
and my laptop where I had it, was stolen out of my car a couple of weeks ago.

So I have to import the web site on to my desk top or new lap top to work on
it.
How can I do that without disturbing/destroying the ASP code?

Grateful for your response.
