Frontpage 2003 acting strange

Help... I created a site and was in the process of doing a
final upload.
In Frontpage the site looks perfect. When bringing the
site up via Internet Explorer, the first page is blank
except for a few words.
If I close out Frontpage 2003 and re-open, it will still
show a perfect page with all the images, formatting, etc.

Regardless of what I do to save the page, the images and
formatting are still missing on the saved paged. But, the
page looks great in Frontpage. I even tried doing a "save-
as" and saving it to my desktop, but that too had proven
unsuccessful, the page was still missing everything.

I've gotten an error that the page was already opened - I
had to reboot my PC to get it to release it. That has just
started to happen in the last day or two... I've tried
shutting off my Anti-virus, but that wasn't it.
I'm running:
Frontpage 2003
Office Pro 2003
Windows XP Pro SP1
P4 3.2 Ghz
1 Gb RAM
Radeon 9600 Video Card (not sure if all that info is
needed, but figured I should post it just in case there is
a known issue I can't find in the knowledgebase)

Did you make sure to upload the images along with your page?

Yes, It did post all the data and folders. I thought of
that too, thinking maybe it decided not to post the image
folders, but it also removed the template I was using, so
there was not background or bullets, etc.
