Frontpage 2002 vs 2000 and compatibility

Is Frontpage 2002 backwards compatible with Frontpage
2000? If I open 2000 in 2002, can I go back to 2000? Are
there big advantages to 2002? Thank you.

In general, yes, you can update a Web in FP2002 and then
revert to FP2000. Of course, FP2000 won't know what to do
with FrontPage components that were new in the 2002
release.

A few, but but upgrading to FP2003 is far more compelling.
There are lots more improvements in FP2002->FP2003 than in
FP2000->FP2002.

And yes, you can upgrade directly from FP2000 to FP2003.

And yes, you can update a Web in FP2003 and then revert to
FP2000. Of course, FP2000 won't know what to do with
FrontPage components that were new in the 2003 release.

With any mixed versions do not use the features unique to the newer version if you want backward compatibility. To compare versions
