Frontpage 2002 .The word "server" under Tools is dim??

Hi,
How do I get the word Server to "activate" in Frontpage 2002? Right now it's
dim and inaccessible.What do I neeedto install?

You must open the live/remote site in FP on a server via http, not a disk-based web.

Only activated when working in a server based web running on a secure
disc filing system and the server admin allows it.

Will always be dimmed in a disc-based web, or when running on FAT or
FAT32 filing system.
