However this is only a description of the Fix. I want to
download it. Maybe it is not available for downlaod.

I tried to make an online request for the fix but got
nowhere.

Do you know if the problem addressed by this fix is still
there in other version of FP(i.e. fpo 2002, etc)....
Maybe I should just upgrade FP??

Basically, I am having difficulty opening web folders
behind a proxy server.

It is *not* available for download. As the instructions say, you must
*call* microsoft to get it.
