Frontpage 2000 form results

I have a form with several options for input.
When I get the emailed results it lists all options even if they are not
chosen.

How can I get the form to send only the checked/filled in options
and leave the unchecked out of the results??

Unfortunately, you can't do that with the FP form email.

Besides, if you could filter out empty fields, you'd never know whether it really was empty, or was filled in but just
failed to get submitted for some reason!!
