Frontpage 2000 background sound

I currently own a copy of Microsoft Frontpage 2000. I need to install a
background sound on each page of my business website-but the options for file
types are all too large (i.e., wav, ra, mp3 files). Is there a way I can add
a DSS file (Olympus type)?? Or do I need a newer version of Frontpage?

The bigger issue is: Will your users be able to use the DSS format, since it seem that a user would
have to have a DSS Player
