Frontline Systems Solver

I'm reading a magazine which refers to an Excel add in tool called
"Frontline Systems Solver". Is this "Solver" different than the standard
Solver/backsolver that is shipped with Excel?

Frontline Systems developed the Solver that comes standard with
Excel. They offer an upgraded Solver that overcomes many of the
constraints in the standard Solver.
