Front Page publishing

It used to be each time I went to publish a site using FP, all of my URL's
were stored there.Came up when I published.
NOW, they are cleared out each time, the only URL address left is the last
one.
Could I be cleaning out something automatically that is causing this?I do
have Norton clean up on my PC, but do not know if this is the problem.
Does anyone know where these are stored and what they are called so they
stay in there every time?
