Front Page Extensions Installed Cannot Log In Cavtel

I am trying to publish a site http://www.snacktimeservice.com

I can FTP to the site, but cannot log in using FrontPage or SharePoint
Services. The site is hosted by cavtel.net and I have been on the phone with
them for weeks and they promise that the Front Page extensions are installed
- even to the point where they uninstalled the extensions and re-installed
them. They told me what my username and password is. But when I try to log
in, it won't let me past the username/password. Cavtel tells me that there
is a problem with the settings on my side. Any ideas?

According to my tests the extensions are not correctly installed.
http://www.snacktimeservice.com/_vti_inf.html returns a 404 not found
error, though a password prompt is received through FrontPage.

It is possible that your website is actually a FrontPage subweb (which
explains the above), and there is a different URL to use for publishing.

Ask your host if there is a special URL to use, if not, ask them to run
a Server Health Check on your site - this is not the same as
re-installing the extensions.
