Front Page Discussion Groups

I have a section of my web page where I want to allow people to post
information.
I went through the "Discussion Groups Web wizard and hyperlinked the results
to a section in the web page. It works when I test it. However the material
will not upload to my web page.

Any help, or is there another way to setup a web page section for user input?

By "web page" do you mean "web site"?

The Discussion Web is normally created in its own subweb. When publishing
your site, ensure that Publish Subwebs (or Publish Subsites) is set in the
Publishing properties.
