Front Page 2002 won't open

The splash page appears and then I get and error message:
Microsoft Front Page has encountered a problem and must
be shut down. I unistalled and reinstalled and still have
same problem. Any suggestions.

1. In Windows Explorer, find and delete all FP Temp
Files. By default, these reside in
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Temp\FrontPageTempDir.
2. In Windows Explorer, find and delete all hidden *.web
files.
3. In Windows Explorer, find and delete the cmdui.prf
file.
4. In regedit, delete the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage
Registry key.

I did all the steps above and it still won't open. As

the splash page opens I get a small screen that says
installing front page feature and then the error message
I stated above.
