Front Page 2000 server error

My Office Front Page 2000 keeps saying that my files are "read only". SERVER
ERROR, cannot open file "service.lck" for writing. Anyone know what I'm
doing wrong? Thanx.
 
Where is this happening, your local machine or on when working on a remote server?
