Is there any way word could be format. To let me write a answer in the front
of the index card and put the questions in the back of the card? How would I
be able to print it were the answer are in the front and the questions are in
the back?

Either treat it as two separate documents or set it up to be a two page
document - one page from the front, the other for the back. If you want to

What you are describing (assuming you're printing single cards) is a simple
duplex document. Put answers on the odd pages and questions on the even
pages and then duplex automatically, if your printer allows it, or manually
using Word's settings.
