2 domains parents.

I want to make one parent as child and keep all user
accounts as they are.

Is it possible, if so how ?

Let me clear the situation - You have existing two domains in spearate
forests ad You want to make one of them the child in the other forest ?

Say Domain 1 and Domain 2 both of them are parents. I
want to make Domain 1 a child of Domain parent 2.

MS site in order to find out more about parent and child:

ADMT v2 have many things. But I did not see something
about demoting a parent Domain and making it as child of
another parent whilst keeping all user accounts.

I did not feel reassured.

No, but You can create new child domain and move Your resources to this
child domain, then demote this second (source) parent domain
