From my Inbox, I click on Calendar but it takes 2-3 minutes to open. Any
ideas on why this is happening. I am using Outlook 2003 with caching turned
off. This is not happening to everyone, just to the three ladies here in my
offices. IT has reloaded OL, added memory on PCs, rebuilt PCs, etc.

If you're not using cached mode, this is likely a network communication
issue. You might ask your IT staff why they don't want you using cached
mode, if that's indeed the case. I personally think cached mode is the way
to go.
