From Domain to workgroup

I have a laptop that has been on a domain. I know plan to remove it from the
domain (old office) and put it on a workgroup (new office). When I do this I
retain my XP user account in name only, I lose everything "inside" it though.
How can I make this switch (domain to workgroup) without losing my
desktop/favorites/outlook settings and email?

Logon to the domain account and run the FAST wizard (File and Settings
Transfer). Save the data to a location on your hard drive. (e.g.
C:\Transfer) Logon to the loacl account. Run the FAST wizard and import the
data to this account. Disjoin your computer from the domain and delete the
domain profile.

Alternatively, create a local user. Logon as that user. Logoff and logon as
a local administrator. Copy the data from the domain profile to the local
profile.

Thanks Kerry...will this also save the Outlook settings?? I see it does save
the Outlook Express settings. Are they considered the same?
