Hi,

I have some data in a column. I want to copy the same row wise such that
link to the original column data is maintained.

That is if I have data from A1 to A50 ( of worksheet 1 ) I want the same in
A1 to AT1 ( of worksheet 2 ) such that cells in worksheet 2 is linked to
cells in worksheet 1

Hari,

Enter this formula in A1 (of worksheet 2) :

=INDIRECT("Sheet1!A"&COLUMN(A1))

or

=INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$A$50,COLUMN(A1))

or

=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,COLUMN(A1)-1,0)

then drag and fill right to AT1
