Freezing top and bottom rows

How can I freeze the top 2 rows and 4 rows at the bottom (of the shown page)
while allowing the middle rows to freely scroll?
What I am trying to do is basically lock the top 2 (header) rows, as well as
a few rows set for totals (of varying columns).
My problem seems to be I can only freeze one thing (such as the top), but
everything scrolls down from there, along with the (totals) rows I want to
keep stationary.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

One workaround is to reflect* the 4 rows at the bottom
at the top -- maybe position below the top 2 rows -- and
then freeze the panes just below all 6 rows (2+4)
*via simple link formulas: In A3: =A50, In B3: =B50, etc

In this way all 6 rows will remain visible when scrolling down

Cannot use both functions at same time AFAIK.

If possible please post how.

Sorry, I use two windows of the same sheet, one with frozen panes and one
split. I did use them at the same time, windows are then tiled horizontally
and I see the areas that I need to see.

Thanks Lynn

Yours would be the preferred method if I wanted to do what OP wants.
