Freeze Panes

Is it possible to have a horizontal and vertical freeze pane on the same spreadsheet? When I establish a freeze pane the only option is to unfreeze it. There does not appear to be a way to add another freeze pane to the same spreadsheet. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
If you want the row headings on the left to stay visible, and the column heading

A1-F1 for horizontal (column headings
row headings in column A for example, for vertica

place the pointer in b2 and then freeze panes to make the row headings and column headings stay visible while scrolling through the spreadhseet
