Don Niall

Hi,

Is there anyway of freezing panes along the X-axis, and Y-
axis in an excel worksheet? I have a worksheet that
traditionally I have column titles (X-axis)'frozen' ....
However as the w/s as got larger I need to do something
similar with category information along the Y-axis ...

Any ideas?

Thx,

Don-

If col headers are in row1 (X-axis), row headers in col A (Y-axis)
try:

Click on B2
Click Window > Freeze Panes

Col A will stay in view as you scroll across to the right
Row1 will stay in view as you scroll down

Adjust the corner cell "B2" of the frozen panes accordingly to suit
