freeze or lock rows when using Auto filters

There is a row as header in midle part of my list , when i use Auto Filter i
want this row not to be hide in any case , what can i do ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Header rows belong at the top of your list. Use freeze panes to keep it visible at all times rather
than inserting a header row in the middle of your list.
