For anyone who's interested,
The envelop compiler worked very well, but the features available are
somewhat dated. Look for XBasic for a more current visual compiler. Both
Envelop and XBasic require runtimes BTW.

I don't know how many people know about this, but Microsoft has a
freeware version of Visual Basic 5, called "Visual Basic Control
Creation Edition". The IDE is liter than the full thing, but I belive
it's the full compiler.
