Freeware to update website

Can anyone suggest a freeware program that will schedule an upload of a
picture file to my username and password protected personal websit/page.
Using XP Home SP2 and ADSL connection.

Any help much appreciated.

A simple ftp batch file combined with the XP task scheduler should
do the trick.

just use the native windows(r) ftp executable as described here :
