Freeware CD/DVD burner

Looking for 'best' freeware CD/DVD burner software that will not only copy
disks but also copy files from my C drive. Also if possible that will format
CDRW as 'drag and drop' (use like a floppy)

If you're talking about the UDF format, be careful using it. Many
users, including me, have reported bad results such as permanently
damaged disks. If it works it's great, just use caution with valuable
data. Myself, I don't think it's ready for prime time.

Never had a problem using Adaptec directCD or Nero but I have now lost the
official installation disks and need a freeware to burn any data to disk
after having to clean install windows.

Has everything except the "drag & drop." As mentioned elsewhere, if
you're talking UDF, proceed with caution.
