there used to be a program called OE5 extractor or something like that;
haven't used it in a while as i don't use OE anymore.

If you save the message as text you should be able to extract it using
UUD32, or even with an archive program like Winimp, Tugzip etc.
 
i believe it does, yes. if you can't find it let me know, i may have a
copy laying around somewhere.
