Edited text bleeds into the next columns bordered paragraph.

This makes the tabs very unweildly.

I would liek to know how to freeze a single column's paragraph so I can type
into it w/out disturbing the next column "this is for a brochure" and then
also to be able to place a bulleted item under a headng from within the
bordered paragraph.

MS help is not very helpful in either of these scenarios.

THank you for your time

David:

Consider using tables to control the page layout. I.E. rather than a
two-column page, create a one-row, two-column table (with or without borders)
and put your text in the first or second cell.
